Silvio Sakrzewski is one of the few Sugar Artists living in the Southern Hemisphere. Silvio is the only person in New Zealand offering private classes and demonstrations.
Silvio has now returned to New Zealand from further training in France and Switzerland and will continue the sale of Isomalt.
He
acquired his skills in Switzerland and Germany, and has won various medals
for his sugar artwork. In his private exclusive art studio Silvio is able to
pass on his skills at different levels to anyone who would like to learn this
great art form.
From professional chefs, confectionary workers and pastry chefs to the serious hobbyist or even the raw beginner, these courses cover all levels of ability taking students from the basics through to the production of masterpieces.
New classes in Sugar Art in 2012 are October the 12-14 and 26-28 and November the 09-11 and 23-25.
